I searched for a long time for a way to get rid of the emotional baggage that had accumulated over the years. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the power of breathwork and am simply grateful to have found a way.

Since then, my goal has been to accompany people on their path to transformation and to help them free themselves from current and also old, burdensome emotions.

What is the difference?

meditation

Meditation is a conscious break for mind and body. Your breathing becomes calmer, your pulse slows, stress hormones are reduced – your nervous system enters a state of relaxation. Areas in the brain responsible for focus, emotional stability, and compassion are strengthened, while the constant stream of thoughts quiets down.

This regular inner alignment helps you think more clearly, make better decisions, and react more calmly to challenges. You learn to give your feelings space without letting them control you. Meditation is a simple, scientifically proven way to bring more balance, joy, and inner strength into everyday life – anytime, anywhere.

Breathwork

Breathwork is consciously guided breathing – and a powerful tool for releasing emotions held in the body. When we experience prolonged stress or pain, the nervous system and subconscious mind store it as tension, shallow breathing, or inner restlessness. Negative feelings like fear, anger, or sadness are then not fully processed but "frozen." With targeted breathing, these old patterns can gradually thaw.

Breathwork regulates the autonomic nervous system: The body is allowed to move out of alarm mode, and emotions finally have the space to surface and be released. Many experience a feeling of relief, clarity, or even inner breakthrough. It is a natural way to gently release traumatic energy without having to explain everything verbally.
