Preliminary discussion

In the preliminary discussion, we will talk about your intentions, the topics that concern you, and what is currently on your mind.

Breathwork Session

You will be guided through an intensive breathing and body awareness session for 5 days.
In these sessions you will practice connected breathing.

You will breathe intensively for about one hour using connected breathing. I will accompany and support you with touch and words throughout the entire breathing phase. This will be followed by a 15-minute relaxation phase.

Follow-up discussion

After your trip, you have the opportunity to integrate your experiences through conversation or touch. We will follow your feelings and what is present for you at that moment.

This is how we work

      Warum sind 5 Tage so wichtig und wertvoll?​

In these sessions you will practice connected breathing.

 

  • Connected breathing is characterized by continuous, intensive (deep) inhalation and exhalation. You bring plenty of oxygen into your body, allowing energy to flow into your system/body. This can lead to the release of old patterns, blockages, or even an intensification of your strength and potential.

 

  • Releasing old patterns creates more energetic space. Your soul and your power for your work find more room.

Individual session

A private session lasts 2 hours. We'll discuss what's important to you right now, and I'll guide you into the world of connected breathing.

Preliminary discussion

In the preliminary discussion, we will talk about your intentions, the topics that concern you, and what is currently on your mind.
